We provide an integrated service for the isolation and comprehensive characterization of extracellular vesicles from a broad range of biological sources, including body fluids and cell-conditioned media.
Our workflow combines dedicated isolation kits and ultracentrifugation protocols with advanced analytical technologies. Vesicle concentration and size distribution are evaluated by Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA), while surface marker expression is assessed using the Leprechaun platform and FACSymphony flow cytometry with dedicated modules and antibody panels such as Small Particle Detector (SPD). For protein quantification, our laboratory is equipped with ELLA by ProteinSimple, a fast, precise, and automated Simple Plex immunoassay platform.
Molecular cargo analysis includes the characterization of total RNA, microRNAs and proteins (Real-Time PCR and Western blotting). Physical and molecular data, including vesicle size, concentration, marker profile and cargo composition, can also be integrated with clinical variables to support translational research and the identification of potential biomarkers.

Additional instrumentation and specialized expertise in cell-based applications are available under the coordination of the same Principal Investigator.
